LOW SPEED BALANCING

SEAL STRIP REPLACEMENT

Where sealing strips are found to be damaged or require replacing due to excessive clearance, TMS are able to reverse engineer seal strips and caulking wire, remove old, manufacture new, fit and machine to finished size

BESPOKE STORAGE CONTAINERS

TMS can design and manufacture rotor storage canisters to protect customers high value equipment. These can be nitrogen purged and upright standing as required.

RE-BLADING AND SHROUDING

TMS have extensive experience in reverse engineering and re-blading steam turbine and compressor rotors. This can be done on a planned or urgent breakdown basis, with shorter lead times and more cost effectively than the OEM.

ELECTRICAL RUN OUTS AND DEGAUSSING

TMS are able to carry out electrical run out checks both in our workshop and on site with our portable equipment. Magnetic levels of rotors can be measured and de-gaussing carried out if necessary in order to meet API standard 670 for machinery protection equipment.
