At TMS We work closely with our Customers to not only support during scheduled maintenance outages, but also to be available remotely when and if problems occur.
As part of our LTSA contracts, We can offer remote support and control system monitoring as part of the package.
We will also invite Clients to our facility to run through various aspects of Turbine product training to help develop their internal skills, this again allows us to interact and build ongoing relationships.
